The challenge was to create a premium, compelling campaign to introduce the Wentworth Golf and Country Club’s new Academy to the world, positioning it as a modern and exclusive destination for aspiring golfers and club members.

I drove creative development and led the external production team, nurturing strong collaboration and clear creative vision to elevate the story and user experience throughout the campaign.

I led the campaign from first idea to final delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and refine the concept, briefing external agencies into competitive pitches, and selecting the right creative partners for the project.


I developed the narrative, planned the storyboards, and led pre-production in detail, before directing on site on the day of the shoot. Alongside the hero production, I coordinated our in-house content team to capture supporting collateral and social-first content throughout, ensuring the campaign was cohesive, efficient, and built to perform across channels.

The campaign delivered a full suite of assets designed for longevity and performance: three edited film versions tailored for social and web, two printed brochures, and two in-house booklets to support on-site use and stakeholder engagement. It also included a refreshed website experience with modular content built to be updated and reused throughout the year. The accompanying social campaign generated over 60,000 views and achieved a 63% increase in engagement against baseline metrics, extending the impact well beyond the initial launch.
